These terms govern your use of https://clone.connectandcollabs.com and any services you purchase from us. By using this site, creating an account, joining the waitlist or engaging our services, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

RASNY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”), trading as Connect & Collabs, provides performance marketing services — paid advertising strategy, campaign management, creative production, landing pages, analytics and related consulting — to businesses.

2. Accounts and the waitlist

Some parts of this site require an account. You agree to give accurate details, to keep your password confidential, and to tell us promptly at support@connectandcollabs.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a purchase, does not create a contract for services, and does not guarantee that a place will be offered to you or that it will be offered at any particular price.

3. Services and engagement

The specific services, deliverables, fees and duration of any engagement are set out in the proposal, order form or statement of work agreed with you. Where those documents conflict with these terms, those documents take precedence for that engagement.

Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms such as Meta or Google is separate from our fees and is your own cost unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not store your card details. Invoices are payable by the date stated on them.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets and approvals we reasonably need.
• Ensure that material you supply is accurate and that you hold the rights to it.
• Comply with the advertising policies of the platforms your campaigns run on.

6. Results and performance

We work to agreed objectives and report honestly against them. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, return on ad spend, ranking or other outcome: advertising results depend on your market, offer, pricing, creative and platform factors outside our control. Any figures, case studies or examples shown on this site describe past work and are not a promise of comparable results.

7. Intellectual property

This site and its contents belong to us or our licensors. Deliverables we create for you become yours on full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, methods and templates, which remain ours and which we license to you for the purpose of the engagement.

8. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or anticipated savings; and our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Suspension and termination

Either of us may end an engagement in the manner set out in the applicable order form. We may suspend or close an account that is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date above shows when it last changed.
