RASNY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED sells professional services delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, so no courier, tracking number or shipping charge applies to any order. This page states how and when what you buy is delivered.
1. What is delivered
RASNY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”), trading as Connect & Collabs, provides performance marketing services — paid advertising strategy, campaign management, creative production, landing pages, analytics and related consulting — to businesses.
Deliverables are provided digitally — as campaigns activated inside your advertising accounts, files and creative assets shared with you, reports and dashboards, and scheduled calls.
2. How delivery happens
- Account access and onboarding — confirmation and onboarding instructions are emailed to the address given at checkout.
- Creative and documents — shared by email or a cloud folder you can access.
- Campaign work — performed directly inside your own advertising accounts, which remain owned and controlled by you.
- Reporting — delivered on the cadence agreed in your order form.
3. Delivery timelines
- Order confirmation: immediately on successful payment, by email.
- Onboarding contact: within 1–2 business days of payment.
- Work commencement: within 3–5 business days of onboarding being completed, including our receiving the access and materials we need.
- Ongoing delivery: continuously for the duration stated in your order form.
Where a timeline depends on something only you can provide — account access, brand assets, approvals — the clock starts when we receive it. We will say so clearly rather than let a deadline pass silently.
4. Shipping charges
None. Nothing is physically shipped, so no delivery, handling or courier fee is charged on any order.
5. Geography
Because delivery is electronic, we can serve clients anywhere. Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
6. If delivery does not happen
If you have paid and not received your confirmation email, first check your spam folder, then contact support@connectandcollabs.com with the payment reference. We will resend it or correct the address. If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
